The Change Management Lead will ensure that organizational adoption keeps pace with technology transformation and that business stakeholders successfully transition to new ways of working.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overall Change Management Strategy for the Omnichannel AI transformation

  • Establish change champion networks across Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Technology organizations
  • Define and track adoption KPIs, business readiness metrics, and value realization indicators
  • Partner closely with Executive Program Lead, Data Strategy SME, Product, Data, and Engineering teams
  • Support operating model evolution and AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives
  • Ensure sustainable adoption and long-term behavioral change across impacted teams

What you need for this

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise change management and business transformation programs
  • Proven experience supporting Digital, Data, AI, CRM, MarTech, or Commercial Transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Experience developing enterprise communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries (Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharma, Life Sciences, Financial Services)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Will be a plus:

  • Healthcare or MedTech industry experience
