We are looking for a Creative Agency Strategist to join our customer’s Global Digital Marketing team through Intellias on a staff augmentation basis.

This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence and creative direction. You will turn a stakeholder’s commercial objective into a brief that makes the Creative Factory’s work sharper, more purposeful, and more effective.

Success here requires equal parts analytical rigor and creative instinct. You will lead briefing sessions with stakeholders who may not have a marketing background, synthesize insights from multiple data sources, and act as the strategic partner the Creative Factory needs to move from production to real business impact. If you are energized by ambiguity, enjoy facilitation as much as ideation, and want your strategy measured at global scale, this is the opportunity.

What project we have for you

Our customer’s in-house Creative Factory is a growing internal agency embedded within the Global Digital Marketing function. It serves market teams, brand managers, and business units across 90+ countries, delivering everything from campaign concepts and key visuals to digital content and video. The Creative Factory’s competitive advantage is its unique combination of deep agricultural knowledge, grower understanding, and brand intimacy that no external agency can replicate.

The Strategist is a core member of the leadership trio alongside the Creative Director and the Operations Manager, reporting to the Global Marketing Creative Operations lead. The role works across a full-time pipeline of projects spanning multiple markets, disciplines, and business objectives. Internal clients range from experienced digital marketers to business stakeholders with no marketing background, making facilitation and insight translation as important as strategic craft.

What you will do

Brief development and strategic direction

  • Translate internal client business objectives into clear, insight-driven creative briefs that give the Creative Factory the direction it needs
  • Define content strategy and audience framing for each project, ensuring output is coherent, purposeful, and audience-relevant
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to make sure strategic intent is expressed in all final creative output

Research, insight, and analytics

  • Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, campaign performance data, and audience research from multiple sources to inform strategy
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, generate strategic recommendations, and identify creative opportunities at speed
  • Apply analytical thinking to customer and business performance data, turning numbers into creative direction

Stakeholder facilitation and client management

  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for internal clients, leading briefing workshops using facilitation and elicitation techniques to surface real requirements
  • Help stakeholders articulate what they need – even when they cannot fully define it themselves – and turn that into actionable creative direction
  • Manage and brief external agencies where in-house capacity is not available, preserving strategic intent throughout

Content strategy and service development

  • Define and evolve the Creative Factory’s strategy and concepting service offer, growing its value beyond production
  • Ensure all output meets business objectives and is continuously optimized by looping in performance data from analytics and paid media teams

What you need for this

Must-have

  • Middle level: solid experience in a creative strategy, brand strategy, or content strategy role – ideally within an in-house agency, creative consultancy, or integrated marketing environment
  • Proven ability to develop insight-led creative briefs and translate complex business objectives into clear creative direction
  • Experience in B2B, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries – agricultural domain knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills: able to run briefing workshops with stakeholders who lack marketing expertise and turn those conversations into actionable strategy
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with performance data, campaign reports, and multiple insight sources
  • Hands-on experience with AI research and strategy tools
  • Strong English, written and verbal, with solid presentation and communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in multi-market or global content strategy
  • Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools for workshop and brief documentation
  • Background in agri-science, life science, or sustainability sectors
  • Additional European language
