Intellias Global Limited is the Malta-based employing entity of the Intellias group, an international software engineering and technology services company. The company requires an executive-level leader to own its IT and information management function, ensuring that internal IT systems, data, business intelligence and workplace facilities support the company’s operations, security and growth.
What project we have for you
To lead the information technology and information management function of Intellias, developing and executing an IT strategy that leverages information technology to support Intellias’ business strategy, and to lead the company’s facility management strategy in line with its business objectives.
What you will do
- Developing and executing the IT strategy that leverages information technology to support Intellias’ business strategy, and guiding the Senior Leadership team in the use of IT at strategic level.
- Providing strong leadership to the Information Management team, inspiring people by example to build an agile, innovative and highly efficient culture.
- Enhancing the governance model for information management; deploying measures to monitor, analyse and increase IT performance; enhancing BI capabilities to introduce a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Building strong partnerships with senior management and other stakeholders to run business and information technology transformation initiatives, seeking opportunities to add value with data and existing and emerging technologies.
- Developing and leading execution of the company’s facility management strategy, managing facility budgets effectively and driving continuous improvement in facility management processes and practices.
What you need for this
Minimum education qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT strategy, IT governance, enterprise architecture, information security and business intelligence.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, including at least 5 years in senior or executive IT leadership roles (e.g. CIO, IT Director, VP IT) in international organisations, with a proven track record of leading IT transformation programmes and managing teams and budgets.
