Our client is an innovative global company from the Fortune 500. Consumer Goods Producer and Retailer with headquarters in Switzerland that sells its products in 130 countries. Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and eCommerce space.
Join a high-impact Consumer Data Integration transformation programme focused on improving data reliability, integration governance and operational excellence across a large enterprise landscape. You will work on stabilising critical data flows, designing future integration platform capabilities, validating innovative solutions through PoCs, and driving the adoption of modern cloud-native and AI-assisted engineering practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence both immediate business outcomes and the long-term architecture of a next-generation integration platform
What you will do
- Provide technical leadership across CDI stabilisation initiatives, PoCs and future platform foundation activities.
- Drive technical design and architectural decision-making for integration services, platform components and supporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of APIs, microservices and integration patterns within a complex enterprise ecosystem.
- Define engineering standards, development practices, coding guidelines and quality controls.
- Review solution designs and code to ensure maintainability, scalability, security and performance.
- Mentor and support engineering team members through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Support observability, monitoring and operational excellence initiatives.
- Participate in technical investigations, root cause analysis and problem resolution activities.
- Contribute to PoCs, architecture validation activities and future CDI platform capabilities.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD and AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of stabilisation and platform roadmap objectives.
What you need for this
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core and React.
- Hands-on experience designing and building enterprise-grade APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration architecture patterns.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native development.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and messaging technologies.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and engineering best practices.
- Experience with observability, monitoring and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
