Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

What project we have for you

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform Developer to design, build, modernize and operate enterprise-grade digital workplace solutions. This role expands beyond SharePoint Framework development into end-to-end Microsoft cloud application engineering, covering modern web applications, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph integrations, Teams extensibility, Power Platform solutions and secure API-based integrations.

The successful candidate will act as a senior technical contributor, translating business needs into scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations. The role is expected to contribute to development standards, reusable patterns, code quality, DevOps practices, production reliability, and mentoring of other developers.

What you will do

• Senior technical contribution and guidance: Contribute deep technical expertise, reusable implementation patterns and delivery standards across Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform initiatives. Provide hands-on development support, review implementations, and help teams apply the right platform capabilities for each business scenario.

• Microsoft 365 extensibility: Design and develop SharePoint Framework web parts, extensions, Adaptive Card Extensions, Microsoft Teams apps, Viva Connections experiences and Microsoft Graph-backed integrations that are secure, responsive, accessible and maintainable.

• Azure application development: Build and support Azure-hosted web applications, APIs and backend services using Azure App Service / Web Apps, Azure Functions and related Azure services. Design serverless patterns for event-driven, scheduled and API-triggered workloads.

• Enterprise integration and automation: Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs and external corporate APIs. Design integration flows with appropriate authentication, monitoring, retry handling, and operational support.

• Power Platform delivery: Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Dataverse-based solutions and Power Platform components that follow governance, ALM and environment-management best practices.

• Security, identity and compliance: Implement authentication and authorization with Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, app registrations, certificates/secrets governance and least-privilege permission models. Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, privacy, and data protection expectations.

• DevOps and ALM: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, versioning, branching strategies and automated validation for SPFx, Azure and Power Platform solutions using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

• Performance and reliability: Optimize frontend performance, backend execution, storage/API usage, and integration flows. Apply caching, logging, telemetry, load-conscious design and observability practices to improve reliability and supportability.

• Quality engineering: Promote clean code, code reviews, documentation, accessibility, localization, reusable packages and consistent engineering practices.

• Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, security teams and operations teams to clarify requirements, manage trade-offs, and deliver business value.

• Knowledge sharing: Support other developers through practical guidance, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions that help raise the engineering maturity of the team.

What you need for this

1. Senior Microsoft 365 Engineering

• Advanced knowledge of the SharePoint Framework lifecycle, modern SharePoint page model, property panes, packaging, tenant/site app catalogs, and SPFx version upgrades.

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, accessibility, localization, responsive design, and reusable component architecture.

• Ability to build secure Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST integrations using appropriate permission models, batching, caching, error handling and telemetry.

• Experience extending Microsoft Teams and Viva Connections through SPFx, Teams app packages, Adaptive Card Extensions or related Microsoft 365 extensibility models.

2. Azure Cloud Application Development

• Hands-on experience building Azure-hosted web applications and APIs with Azure App Service / Web Apps and modern web application patterns.

• Strong experience developing Azure Functions for HTTP-triggered, queue/event-driven, scheduled and integration-focused workloads.

• Experience designing and implementing Azure Logic Apps for workflow orchestration, enterprise integration, automation and system-to-system connectivity.

• Ability to apply operational practices such as configuration management, telemetry, logging, alerts, retry policies and production troubleshooting.

3. Power Platform Engineering

• Experience designing and delivering Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for business process automation and productivity scenarios.

• Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, environment strategy, solution packaging, ALM, and governance concepts.

• Ability to collaborate with makers while implementing pro-developer extensions, custom connectors, reusable components, and integration patterns.

4. Security, Identity & Integration

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID app registrations, delegated/application permissions, certificate or secret management and managed identities.

• Ability to design secure integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure services and external corporate APIs using least privilege and clear data-boundary considerations.

• Understanding of API lifecycle concerns including authentication, authorization, throttling, retry policies, correlation IDs, observability and error handling.

5. DevOps, Quality & Maintainability

• Proficiency with Git, pull requests, branching strategies, code review practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

• Experience packaging and deploying SPFx, Azure and Power Platform solutions using repeatable ALM practices.

• Strong focus on clean code, maintainable design, coding standards, automated testing, documentation, reusable patterns and sustainable support models.

6. Seniority, Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Ability to contribute effectively to technical implementation discussions, challenge assumptions constructively and communicate clear trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting developers through code reviews, practical guidance, documentation and contributions to engineering communities of practice.

•  Comfortable working with architects, product owners, security teams and operations teams to deliver reliable business outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, declarative agents, Copilot Studio and Copilot extensibility patterns.

• Experience with Azure API Management, Application Insights, Key Vault, Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid or similar Azure integration/runtime services.

• Experience with Power Platform CoE practices, environment strategies, solution checker, DLP policies and governed reusable assets.

• Experience with enterprise intranet, employee experience, HR, collaboration or knowledge-management platforms.

• Experience with migration or modernization from legacy SharePoint/custom applications to Microsoft cloud-native solutions.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Microsoft 365 Developer-focused credentials are a plus.

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with meaningful exposure to Microsoft 365 and/or Azure-based enterprise solutions.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft Graph or related Microsoft 365 extensibility.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure application development, serverless workloads, integrations or workflow automation.

• Practical experience delivering production solutions with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate; Dataverse experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience operating in a senior developer capacity: technical ownership of assigned work, hands-on delivery, peer review, knowledge sharing, stakeholder communication and production support.
