We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support a high-priority Kiro initiative through the end of the year.
The main focus of the role will be automating the Kiro provisioning and license/subscription management processes, which are currently largely manual. We are looking for a strong, hands-on generalist DevOps Engineer with solid expertise in automation, AWS/IAM, and infrastructure who can independently drive automation improvements and reduce manual operational effort.

What you will do
- Design and implement automation for Kiro user provisioning and license/subscription management
- Replace or minimize existing manual provisioning workflows
- Build and maintain automation around AWS IAM and access management
- Develop scripts and infrastructure automation required to support the solution
- Improve reliability, repeatability, and maintainability of provisioning processes
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, permissions, and automation-related issues
- Collaborate with relevant platform/cloud teams to integrate the solution into the existing environment
- Document implemented automation and operational procedures
What you need for this
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS
- Solid knowledge of AWS IAM, including roles, policies, permissions, and access management
- Strong automation and scripting skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation
- Experience automating operational and infrastructure-related processes
- Good understanding of identity, access, and user provisioning concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of implementation
- Hands-on, pragmatic, generalist DevOps mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS IAM Identity Center / AWS Organizations
- Experience with user provisioning, entitlement, subscription, or license-management automation
- Experience with Kiro or similar enterprise developer tooling
