What project we have for you
Join a transformative data and AI platform initiative aimed at modernizing enterprise-scale capabilities and enabling real-time decision-making. This project delivers a comprehensive roadmap covering AI, MLOps, data governance, and platform scalability, supporting a shift towards data-first operations and intelligent automation.
What you will do
- Design and implement fullstack product solutions using AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Translate product requirements into clear specifications, architecture decisions, and implementation plans.
- Orchestrate AI tools and agents across coding, testing, validation, refactoring, and documentation workflows.
- Implement automated testing and validation approaches to ensure delivery quality.
- Optimize AI workflow efficiency through effective context management and token usage.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to rapidly iterate on product capabilities.
- Contribute to reusable templates, accelerators, and AI-enabled engineering best practices
What you need for this
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or product engineering.
- Strong experience with:
- Primary stacks: JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node.js), Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
- Experience with MCPs ecosystem and tool integrations
- Understanding of:
- AI-native engineering workflows
- Agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration
- Automated AI output validation
- Prompt engineering and TokenOps fundamentals
- Context management and tool routing strategies
- Ability to independently translate product requirements into feature specifications and executable implementation workflows.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, and cloud engineering practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Product-oriented mindset.
Will be a plus:
- Familiarity with multi-agent workflows and AI evaluation techniques.
- Experience with integrating LLMs into real-world systems, including:
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face),
- RAG pipelines,
- vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
