What project we have for you

Our client is a leading premium electric vehicle manufacturer recognized for innovation in sustainable mobility. They design cutting-edge electric cars that blend luxury with advanced technology, aiming to set new benchmarks for the industry. With a strong global presence and state-of-the-art manufacturing, the client is committed to revolutionizing electric mobility for environmentally conscious consumers — and the next-generation intelligent in-vehicle assistant is one of the flagship experiences at the heart of that vision.

As a Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across several interconnected projects within this account — from product requirements through implementation, integration, testing, and release to mass production. You will have a large stake in shaping the delivery organization’s approach, processes, and controls; you will face the client directly, and you must be ready to solve customer issues effectively and help them advance their business.

This is a role for someone who gets things done. We are looking for a strong leader who takes an outcome and drives it to a successful, released result. If ownership and delivery are what energize you, this is your program.

What you will do

  • Program Management. Managing a set of interlinked projects to attain a combined benefit — including managing inter-dependencies between projects, ensuring resource capacity and availability, and achieving program-level goals. Owning delivery end-to-end, from product requirements through implementation, integration, testing, and
  • Conducting Presale. Leading pre-sales execution from the delivery side, in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing and Account Management.
  • Account Management. Managing client relationships and proactively working on up- and cross-sales with the Account Manager (if assigned) or individually (for clients without an Account Manager assigned).
  • Contract Management. Designing and negotiating SoWs with clients according to MSA conditions.
  • Supervising New Engagement Onboarding. Working closely with a dedicated Project Manager, Account Manager, and Presales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new engagements into the company.
  • Delivery Unit Performance Management. Ensuring the portfolio of projects within the unit performs against company KPIs: CSAT, Revenue, margin (GM, CM), E-RETs, and employee attrition.
  • Delivery Unit Financial Management. Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and forecasting the financial performance and fund utilization of the Delivery Unit, including budget management.
  • Delivery Unit Risk Management. Defining and managing unit-level risks and monitoring the risks of the projects within the Delivery Unit.
  • Delivery Unit Resource & Operations Management. Ensuring the Delivery Unit has everything required to operate and deliver value to the client across each project.
  • Talent Management. Staffing, onboarding, developing, and retaining talent; managing compensation according to company policy; handling performance issues; and releasing talent when project needs change. Acting as an escalation point for staffing difficulties.

What you need for this

  • 6+ years of experience in delivery management
  • 2+ years of full-time practice as a Program Manager with direct program accountability
  • Experience managing an organization of 50+ people
  • Hands-on experience with the Automotive domain
  • Experience in leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, implementation, integration, testing, release, risk and change management, and effort estimating
  • Solid knowledge of software engineering practices and deep technical understanding (ideally a hands-on background as a software developer or test engineer)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of modern project management tooling and familiarity with AI-assisted delivery tools
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients
  • Experience managing distributed teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented — a quick thinker-doer
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of written and spoken English

Will be a plus:

  • Hands-on experience in in-vehicle / infotainment product development (e.g., Android Automotive)
  • ASPICE knowledge — a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-scale Agile (SAFe, LeSS)
