Middle Business Analyst / QA

• Gather, analyze, structure, and formalize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and customer representatives;
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and working sessions to clarify business needs and align requirements;
• Analyze existing business processes (AS-IS) and define target processes (TO-BE);
• Describe functional and non-functional requirements for software products;
• Prepare and maintain User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and other requirements documentation;
• Document business processes, user roles, approval flows, data-processing rules, and system behavior;
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for the development team;
• Identify incomplete, ambiguous, or contradictory requirements and work with stakeholders to resolve them;
• Maintain and update requirements and project documentation throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Prepare test cases, checklists, test scenarios, and test data based on business and functional requirements;
• Perform functional testing of implemented features and validate that delivered functionality meets agreed business requirements;
• Verify positive, negative, boundary, and exception scenarios;
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing sufficient information for developers to reproduce and resolve issues;
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the acceptance of delivered functionality;
• Participate in product demonstrations and present implemented functionality to stakeholders where required;
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA specialists, product stakeholders, and other project team members throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Contribute to recommendations and proposals for further improvement and development of digital products and business processes.

• 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst and at least 1 year of hands-on functional testing experience;
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, structuring and formalizing business requirements;
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to identify business needs and clarify requirements;
• Experience in analyzing existing business processes (AS-IS) and designing target processes (TO-BE);
• Practical knowledge of business process modelling and BPMN;
• Ability to prepare and maintain Business Requirements, Functional and Non-functional Requirements, User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria;
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements for development teams;
• Ability to identify incomplete, ambiguous or contradictory requirements and work with stakeholders to resolve them;
• Understanding of the software development and implementation lifecycle and the role of Business Analysis and QA within it;
• Hands-on experience in functional testing, including preparation of test cases, checklists, test scenarios and test data;
• Ability to validate implemented functionality against business and functional requirements, including positive, negative, boundary and exception scenarios;
• Experience in identifying, documenting, localizing and tracking defects, with the ability to provide developers with sufficient information for investigation and resolution;
• Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Experience maintaining requirements and test documentation throughout the project lifecycle;
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools, including task management, backlog management, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria and test documentation;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and documentation;
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Passing a polygraph before starting work.
