We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations, and enterprise application lifecycle management.

The team develops enterprise applications and automated workflows that replace manual processes, connect business systems, and improve operational efficiency across multiple business functions.
The technology landscape is centered around Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and enterprise integrations.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Build Canvas and Model-driven applications based on business requirements.
- Develop complex workflows, approvals, and process automation.
- Design Dataverse data models, security roles, and application logic.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external enterprise systems.
- Develop APIs, custom connectors, and reusable integration components where required.
- Manage solution lifecycle across development, test, and production environments.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, maintainability, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications and automations.
- Participate in technical design reviews and provide guidance to other developers.
What you need for this
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software/application development experience with strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven applications.
- Advanced experience with Power Automate and complex business workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, business rules, and security.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs, databases, and external enterprise systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining custom connectors and API-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform security, roles, permissions, and environment management.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solutions, Dev/Test/Production environments, and deployment processes.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing production Power Platform applications and flows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Power Pages and Power BI.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or other Azure services.
- JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or .NET experience for extending Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience with PCF/custom components.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and CoE practices.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400.
