Drive Intellias’ IT function as an engine of the business efficiency — owning the technology vision, operational excellence, and digital transformation agenda for a fast-scaling, engineering-led organization.

What project we have for you

This role demands an experienced transformation leader equally comfortable shaping C-suite strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver.

What you will do

1.  ITStrategy & Transformation Leadership

  • Define and own a multi-year global IT roadmap aligned with business growth strategy and international expansion.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs — from process automation and platform modernization to AI/ML adoption.
  • Drive the establishment and evolution of global AI enabled internal engineering teams, setting standards for quality, productivity, metrics, and process change management.
  • Represent IT strategy at Board, C-suite, and investor level; translate technology investment into measurable business value.
  • Champion a cloud-native, automation-first, and data-driven approach across all corporate technology perimeters.

2.  Infrastructure, AI Platform & Future-Ready Architecture

  • Own the design, reliability, and evolution of global IT infrastructure across cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), hybrid, and on-premises environments — with a mandate to modernize continuously.
  • Lead the establishment of a modern enterprise AI platform — including LLM infrastructure, inference pipelines, vector databases, and model lifecycle management — enabling AI-native internal tooling and workflows.
  • Architect and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP) server infrastructure, enabling secure, governed, and scalable integration of AI agents with internal business systems, data sources, and APIs.
  • Drive adoption of agentic AI workflows across the organization — designing the orchestration layer, tool-use frameworks, and guardrails that allow AI systems to operate safely in production.
  • Build and govern the internal developer AI ecosystem: self-hosted or managed LLM endpoints, prompt management platforms, RAG pipelines, and AI observability tooling.
  • Define the enterprise approach to emerging infrastructure paradigms — including edge computing, event-driven architecture, real-time data streaming, and AI-augmented ITSM.
  • Execute global standardization of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and IT Business Continuity Planning (BCP), incorporating AI system dependencies and recovery scenarios.
  • Own IT audit readiness; manage relationships with regulators, external auditors, and security bodies.

3.  PlatformOwnership & Enterprise Systems

  • Own the full corporate IT platform ecosystem — ERP, HRIS, ITSM, DevOps tooling, BPM, and collaboration platforms.
  • Drive integration architecture between business-critical systems to eliminate manual touchpoints and enable seamless data flows.
  • Lead centralized architectural quality assurance for all new solutions at global level.
  • Oversee full CI/CD pipeline integration and SDLC standardization across software development and data engineering.
  • Lead the enablement of corporate IT templates and standards when integrating new offices, acquisitions, or business units.

4.  TeamLeadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed IT organization — including AI enabled engineering teams, infrastructure, and support functions.
  • Define team KPIs, performance frameworks, and capability development programs; drive succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Act as the senior IT partner to Engineering, Product, Finance, and People functions; represent IT interests at the leadership table.

5.  Portfolio, Budget & Vendor Management

  • Own and manage the global IT project portfolio — including planning, forecasting, prioritization, and reporting to senior management.
  • Own the IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX), ensuring cost-effective investment decisions, ROI accountability, and benchmark-driven optimization.
  • Lead strategic vendor relationships, SLA governance, and contract lifecycle management at global scale.

What you need for this

Experience

  • 15+ years in technology leadership, with a strong track record spanning IT strategy, digital transformation, and global operations.
  • Background across diverse industries (financial services, retail, manufacturing, telecom, or tech).
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT CoEs, transformation programs, and multi-entity IT governance in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch — including data governance, AI/ML CoEs, change management, and RPA practices.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with cross-border delivery accountability.

 Technical Depth

  • Strong command of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on understanding of modern AI infrastructure — LLM deployment, inference optimization, vector stores, RAG pipelines, and AI observability.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic AI frameworks and the infrastructure required to run them securely at scale.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, event-driven architecture, and real-time data streaming.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms: ERP, HRIS, ITSM, BPM, and AI-augmented tooling ecosystems.

Competences:

  • Strategic Execution — crafts and delivers multi-year IT roadmaps with clear business impact.
  • Transformation Leadership — leads complex, organization-wide change with structure, pace, and buy-in.
  • Data & AI Orientation — champions data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation at scale.
  • Stakeholder Influence — builds trusted partnerships from Board level to front-line teams.
  • Commercial Acumen — manages IT investment with a business-outcome and benchmark mindset.
  • Operational Excellence — instills quality standards, metrics frameworks, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Resilience & Risk Awareness — anticipates technology and security risks; builds organizational resilience.
  • Multilingual Communication — ability to operate across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

Success measures:

  • Global IT teams performing as end-to-end AI enabled vertical pods delivering proven business value according to set objectives.
  • Platform roadmap milestones delivered on time and on budget, with confirmed business value outcomes.
  • Data governance program live and delivering measurable commercial impact.
  • Infrastructure adapted to meet future technological trends.
  • Vendor portfolio optimized; cost efficiency improvements documented against prior baseline.
  • Strategic relationships established with core vendors (Microsoft, Atlassian, etc.) in scope of internal automation.
  • IT team engagement and retention above company average; strong internal talent pipeline in place.
  • Successful completion of all internal and external audits with no material findings.

 Education

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent executive management qualification is a strong plus.
  • Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure Architect, CDMP) are advantageous.
