What project we have for you
We are searching for an Data Scientist that can support our Data Science team. The work will have a clear focus on defining technical requirements and implementing those solutions at scale, as well as implementing data pipelines for feature engineering. A close collaboration with Data Scientists, MLs and Data Engineers ensures that the Business Requirements are understood, and the solution is connected to the data flow.
Team Information:
We are a team of 4 Data Scientists working on solutions for the business. Among others, we developed algorithms for predicting the probability of default of our customers; churn; fraud; cross-and-upselling potential. We are working agile (2week sprints) and enjoy discussions over the topics at hand. Each Data Scientist is currently responsible for different projects and products.
What you will do
- Support our Data Science team in developing.
- Implementing and maintaining AI/ML solutions.
- Defining technical requirements and implementing those solutions.
- Implementing data pipelines for feature engineering.
- Close collaboration with Data Scientists, ML and Data Engineers.
- Ensures that the Business Requirements are understood and the solution is connected to the data flow.
What you need for this
- 5+ years of experience with the professional maturity to collaborate with and advise internal business departments autonomously.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced, hands-on development experience using Python and SQL, DBT is considered a plus.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong experience building and maintaining data workflows within Microsoft Azure and Snowflake environments.
- Sales ML Expertise: Proven track record in developing and deploying specific commercial models: Next Best Action (NBA) engines, Churn prediction, and Cross/Up-Selling models.
- Agile Problem Solving: Apply advanced statistical methods, regression models, and ML/AI algorithms in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- End-to-End Delivery: Full understanding of operationalization of custom AI solutions.
- Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into audience-tailored presentations and narrative-driven insights.
- Value-Driven Mindset: Proactively generate independent “Business Value” and challenge existing problems to shape strategic business outcomes.
