What project we have for you
We’re looking for a Talent Delivery Manager to lead IT recruitment delivery for our business in India. This is the senior recruitment role in the country. You’ll own hiring delivery end to end, from requisition through offer, and be the key point of accountability for how we build technical talent pipelines across our client accounts.
You’ll build and lead the recruitment function locally, working closely with account and delivery leadership to translate hiring plans into results. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in IT recruitment at scale, who can operate independently, build a team from where it stands today, and take real ownership of recruitment outcomes for the country.
What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end talent delivery for all assigned roles in line with workforce and business plans.
- Design, adapt, and continuously improve recruitment processes in compliance with India labor law and local market regulations.
- Lead and develop the local Talent Delivery team, providing coaching, performance management, and professional growth support.
- Ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations.
- Act as a strategic partner to Delivery, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, aligning hiring priorities and forecasts.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to recruitment, personally supporting or closing critical or hard-to-fill roles when needed.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners (recruitment agencies, vendors, universities, job boards, communities).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize recruitment metrics, productivity, and pipeline health to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Represent and strengthen the employer brand in India through local events, industry meetups, job fairs, and partnerships.
What you need for this
- 5+ years’ experience as a Talent Delivery Team Lead/Manager
- 7+ years’ experience in full life cycle IT recruitment
- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach and motivate the team
- Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting and understanding of all the disciplines of human resources
- Understanding of IT outsourcing business and effective management practices
- Strong interpersonal and effective negotiation skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
