Senior Business Analyst

• Interface with Product Owner (PO) to take direction on solution vision and business needs;
• Transform client’s ideas into solution&design concepts (In collaboration with Solution architect, and design team)
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from various stakeholders; moderate requirements elicitation meetings, brainstorming workshops
• Decompose stakeholder and solution requirements to a manageable level and translate them to the development team;
• Manage solution scope, detect and track changes. Manage requirements-related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
• Support PO with RoadMap maintenance, requirements prioritization
• Define solution quality attributes (non-functional requirements) including external interfaces and constraints
• Manage and groom team backlog, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful delivery;
• Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of established internal processes.

Required skills:

• 8+ years of experience in IT business analysis;
• Experience in the insurance domain
• The clear understanding of principles and specifics of SDLC;
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques;
• Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN);
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills;

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience in driving the Discovery phase of the project, knowledge of Discovery frameworks such as Design Sprint, Service design, etc
• Ability to set up BA approach from scratch optimal for the specific project ecosystem
• Fintech domain knowledge
• Scrum master, Delivery coordination background
• BA and Agile certifications
