It is one of those products. Product is the workforce-intelligence layer for high-volume hiring. It’s how the company is going from job platform to AI-native software company.
You’ll join the Product team — a small, focused team operating as a startup inside the company. Same speed and autonomy as seed-stage. Distribution, data, and customer relationships of a 15-year-old platform underneath. Team will work directly with the VP of Product, CPTO, and design-partner customers across healthcare, retail, residential manufacturing, BPO/contact center, and education.
