We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager Assistant to support the Product Manager and Product Owner in day-to-day product management activities. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to learn product development practices while helping coordinate stakeholders, maintain product documentation, and support backlog management.

Leading mobility and digital services organization focused on delivering solutions that simplify transportation, payment, and mobility experiences. As a Product Manager Assistant, you will support the product organization in planning, tracking, and coordinating product initiatives while ensuring effective communication between business and delivery teams.
What you will do
- Support Product Manager and Product Owner in daily operational activities
- Maintain and update product backlogs, roadmaps, presentation and documentation
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and tracking business and product requirements
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, presentations and supporting materials
- Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and UX specialists
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and product-related sessions
- Assist with user acceptance testing preparation and coordination
- Monitor feedback from stakeholders and users and ensure proper follow-up
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and product discovery activities
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and product updates
- Help maintain product KPIs, dashboards, and reporting materials
- Ensure product artifacts and documentation remain accurate and up to date
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes
What you need for this
Must-have
- 0.5-2 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or related roles
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with presentation decks creation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to collect, organize, and document requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good German communication skills
Will be a plus
- Experience supporting Product Managers or Product Owners
- Familiarity with user story creation and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of UX/UI concepts and customer journey mapping
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations or product documentation
- Experience hosting webinars
- Understanding of market and competitor analysis techniques
- Knowledge of mobility and / or transportation platform domains
