We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team and drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across indirect categories. If you enjoy negotiations, building strong supplier partnerships, and making a measurable business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What project we have for you

We are looking for a colleague to lead sourcing and procurement across a broad range of indirect categories, driving value, compliance, and supplier performance at scale.

What you will do

  • Own sourcing strategy and procurement planning across a broad and evolving range of indirect categories — from demand forecasting with business units to executing cost-optimised sourcing initiatives.
  • Lead formal sourcing processes for high-value purchases, and provide consultative support and effort-sharing on smaller purchases where colleagues self-manage sourcing — applying the right approach (price comparison, RFQ, or RFP) based on purchase value and demand nature.
  • Evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best combination of cost, quality, and terms.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts — including accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance with internal governance.
  • Align procurement decisions with technical specifications, project requirements, and delivery timelines in close partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and track performance against agreed KPIs, resolving issues through a structured escalation process when needed.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain and vendor risk, following relevant policies and compliance requirements.
  • Champion ethical, sustainable (ESG) procurement practices.
  • Deliver procurement reporting and spend analysis, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.

What you need for this

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and demand management across multiple categories.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favourable terms and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams internally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability and versatility in handling a wide range of procurement categories.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with compliance and ethical considerations in procurement.
    Nice to have:
  • Procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) or relevant training.
  • Experience in IT hardware/software procurement.
