Who we are looking for

Following rapid growth over the past five years, we are investing in building an international sales organization focused on key industries we serve, with a strong emphasis on Mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our business development strategy in the Middle East – from identifying targets to prospecting key leads and onboarding new accounts. 

What you will do

  • Identify prospective Accounts and relevant contacts to create business opportunities.
  • Reach out to target contacts and promote Services.
  • Network with professional contacts to generate referrals and nurture relationships.
  • Participate in organized sales and marketing campaigns, industry event visits, etc.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to convert business opportunities into signed business.
  • Collaborate with delivery to ensure proper fulfillment of customer contracts, especially in the areas of quality, schedule and budget
  • Monitor client satisfaction and assist in problem escalation and resolution
  • Manage legal aspects of the business relationships, such as legal paperwork renewal
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continuation and growth of the business
  • Create and update CRM on record of prospective accounts
  • Provide financial forecasting for opportunity pipeline
  • Prepare Account Development Plans and other reports as requested by management, etc.

What you need for this

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Automotive Industry, with a focus on onboard/offboard software services and solutions;
  • Proven track record of selling to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Successful B2B business experience in automotive and transportation industries within the Middle East region;
  • Deep understanding of the regional automotive ecosystem, including key players, market dynamics, investment cycles, and government regulations;
  • Strong knowledge of the digital automotive software landscape, including Navigation/Maps, Embedded Software, IVI/HMI, AD/ADAS, Connected Mobility, Backend/Cloud, and AI/ML;
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry, understanding its business models, sales cycles, and regional markets;
  • Proven expertise in prospect qualification, negotiation, and deal closure;
  • Experience in creating and reviewing proposals, MSAs, and SOWs;
  • Existing network within Middle Eastern OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers (highly preferred);
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, from technical teams to C-level executives;
  • Technical background in automotive/transportation (nice to have);
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and international, geographically distributed team;
  • Proficiency in modern sales techniques, from lead generation to account development and post-sales relationship management;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take calculated risks and thrive in a fast-changing environment;
  • Highly motivated, target-driven self-starter with a “can-do” attitude;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus;
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently;
  • Higher Education in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics (Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA is a plus).
