Mendix Developer

• Design, develop, and implement of Mendix solutions to address business needs.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and solution architects to define automation requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mendix development teams, guiding best practices and optimal design.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Mendix workflows, including process analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee the maintenance and performance optimization of existing Mendix processes, ensuring smooth operations.
• Evaluate new Mendix technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance automation capabilities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and innovation.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and provide technical expertise for Mendix projects.

• 5+ years of the overall experience.
• 2+ years of experience building software solutions on Mendix platform. Mendix Advanced or Expert certification is a big plus.
• Good understanding of the Mendix platform and Deployment.
• Should be able to understand the client’s requirements and suggest the best solution in Mendix.
• Should have good knowledge of modern UI Technologies like Atlas UI.
• Understanding of Domain-Model and Data-Model concepts.
• Experience in using JavaScript, XPath, CSS, and HTML.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration. Mendix APIs to perform data transfer with internal and external applications on the Mendix platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, issue-resolution, and communication skills. 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with other platforms (e.g., OutSystems, MS Power Apps, Appian), demonstrating. versatility and adaptability in various low-code environments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
