What project we have for you

HR Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations for the Intellias delivery centers outside of Ukraine. This role involves managing HR processes, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Operations Manager works closely with other Employee Experience Managers and Country Heads, as well HR Operations center of excellence to foster a positive employee experience and business goals for the new delivery centers. 


What you will do

Process setup and updates:

  • HR Process Management: 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization’s overall objectives. 
  • Streamline and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Help with the set up and improvement of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. 
  • Oversee benefits administration for all the new countries.  

Compliance and Risk Management: 

  • Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. 
  • Work closely with legal counsel as needed to mitigate risks and resolve legal matters related to HR operations. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Collaborate with other HR team members, department managers, and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. 
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates effectively to employees and managers through various channels. 

What you need for this

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations or related roles, with 1 year in a managerial or leadership capacity. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. 
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. 
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. 
    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
