What project we have for you

We are currently looking for skilled and a responsible Ticket Coordinator to join our team for the new project involving field testing of a pre-production prototype car with a new-generation In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system. As a Ticket Coordinator, you will be working closely with a manual Quality Assurance (QA) team that will be responsible for testing the IVI system’s functionality and performance. As Ticket Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing ticket backlog, and creating tickets after test drives, you’ll be a bridge between the nightly test drive team and the development team.

What you will do

  • Support management & engineering team with resolving impediments.
  • Tools access/configuration handling.
  • Proactive communication with the Functional Owners/Stakeholders.
  • Close collaboration with the different levels of management and development team leads.
  • Coordination and leading program meetings and track the meetings between the teams (agenda, invitation, moderation).
  • Implementation & tracking of the meeting minutes from organized meetings (MoMs/meeting notes).
  • Be a servant leader for dependency, proactive tracking & resolving them.
  • Сoordination & preparation of documents for Steering Committees (project boards, tracking tasks, documentation).
  • Creation of tickets in the client ticket management system.
  • Assign the created ticket to the proper Functional Owner.
  • Creation & tracking of a list of relevant defects (defect filtering).
  • Keep up-to-date status updates for selected defects.
  • Supervising tickets created through the lifecycle.
  • Check and keep track of KPI metrics for ticket processing and highlighting when the threshold passed.
  • To be present at the clients premises like garage/office on a daily basis and ready to be a part of the field-testing team, verify urgent defects
  • Perform process update if needed.
  • Prepare weekly / daily / monthly project reports.
  • Support and resolve blockers and impediments in ticket processing.
  • Conduct business trips by client requests.
  • Business-casual look.

What you need for this

  • Experience with Quality Assurance
  • Experience acting as Ticket Coordinator or similar position
  • Experience with Automotive projects
  • Understanding of SDLC and testing theory
  • Experience with KPM tool

Nice to have:

  • Power BI knowledge
  • Project management expertise
  • Audi driver’s license or training recognized by Audi AG
