What project we have for you

Project Overview:

We are a fast-growing team who are developing innovative microelectronics-based solutions for the use in automotive industry. Our components communicate, measure, regulate and control safety, comfort, powertrain and network functions. Our latest products include: Lighting, LiDAR, Ultrasonic Ranging, Object and Gesture Recognition, Thermal Management, Electronic Fuse Control and SSPs.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

Technical management of a software development team in the field of hardware-related software projects for embedded software according to ISO26262 and automotive methodology
Taking on the role of software manager in software development with external software development teams: team coordination, estimations, scope and schedule management, reporting, resolving impediments, ensuring compliance and quality targets
Product-oriented development, testing, maintenance and documentation of embedded technical software on 16/32-bit microcontrollers in a team
Participation in the requirements analysis, architecture and partitioning of hardware and software in the product design process

What you need for this

Requirements:

Proven experience leading software development teams in roles such as Technical Lead, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
Degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Extensive experience in software or system development for embedded systems, specifically within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in Embedded C.
Hands-on experience managing projects following automotive industry standards and methodologies (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434).
Strong communication skills.
Eagerness to develop into a Technical Project Manager role

Nice to have:

Familiarity with tools like Polarion, Doxygen, JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and SVN.
Understanding of automotive bus systems, with a focus on LIN, CAN, FR, and DSI3 interfaces.
Experience working with sensor technologies, including ultrasonic applications, pressure measurement, filter design, and curve correction methods.
Knowledge of light control, mixing methods, and calibration techniques, particularly for RGB-LED systems.
