We are looking for a Compliance Expert based in Ukraine to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance management framework. You will join the Compliance Management team and work closely with Information Security, Legal, Delivery, HR, Procurement, and Corporate Services functions.
What you will do
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company management systems according to ISO standards.
- Participate in the assessment of customer contractual compliance requirements, supplier due diligence activities, internal and external audits, management reviews, and corrective and preventive action initiatives.
- Analyse, develop, maintain, and implement company policies, procedures, standards, and preventive controls.
- Identify and assess compliance risks and opportunities, ensure processes comply with applicable requirements.
- Support measures designed to prevent, detect, and address potential violations of applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to external relationships and communications from a compliance perspective.
What you need for this
- At least 3 years of professional experience in compliance management within an organization with well-established and mature processes.
- Practical experience implementing management systems according to international standards.
- Practical experience in risk assessment, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Practical experience conducting internal audits or supporting external audits against management system standards.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Understanding of IT outsourcing and service delivery processes.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, including the ability to draft policies, reports, audit documentation, and communicate effectively with customers and auditors.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, communication, or process optimization activities.
