To continue our exponential growth, Intellias seeks to hire a Retail CPG Client Executive Director to join our global team and become part of the company’s success in the US.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Retail and CPG accounts in North America, including territory planning, pipeline generation, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation, and closure.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition as the primary focus, targeting multi-year enterprise transformation deals typically valued at $5M+.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline through direct prospecting, executive networking, ecosystem engagement, and partner channels.
  • Manage selective farming of existing strategic accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and expanding long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships across Retail and CPG organizations, engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CPOs, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships with hyperscalers, data vendors (Databricks, Snowflake), consulting partners firms to originate and accelerate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the presales team to shape tailored value propositions within our service portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business challenges into structured, value-driven transformation opportunities.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying cycles, including procurement, legal, security, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity qualification rigor.
  • Ensure strong execution discipline across the full sales cycle with accountability for revenue outcomes.

What you need for this

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within digital engineering, technology consulting, or transformation services industry
  • Proven success opening and closing net-new enterprise accounts within Retail and CPG.
  • Established network of Retail/CPG decision-makers across technology and business leadership functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading consultative sales engagements for complex multi-year technology programs valued at least $2M+.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to both acquire new logos and grow strategic accounts.
  • Experience selling digital engineering, platform modernization, managed services, outcome based models, cloud, Data & AI, or technology consulting services.
  • Skilled at navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and positioning value-driven transformation solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with solution, delivery, and partner ecosystem teams to structure and close complex enterprise engagements.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and effective operating as a senior individual contributor.
