C# Tech Lead with iGaming experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of extensive experience in C# development and software engineering.
• Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Deep knowledge of the iGaming/gambling sector, with a strong understanding of security and transaction processing requirements specific to the industry.
• Demonstrated strong technical expertise with the ability to lead development teams, establish best practices, ensure performance optimization, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Familiarity with Kafka for reliable data streaming, including fault tolerance, ordering, and data integrity in high-speed, high-transaction environments.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL.
• Experience working with distributed cache systems.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, microservices architecture, and designing high-availability systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in managing real-time data streaming and ensuring resilience in Kubernetes-based or other high-availability systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
