Our client is an innovative global company from the Fortune 500. Consumer Goods Producer and Retailer with headquarters in Switzerland that sells its products in 130 countries. Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and eCommerce space.
We are launching a new AI-first product initiative where software is built extensively with AI models and coding agents.
The project is already at an early working stage and is being developed using a vibe-coding approach. We are looking for an experienced software engineer who has embraced AI-first development and can help evolve the solution, deliver new features, and continuously improve the way we work with AI agents.
This is a highly hands-on and experimental environment with significant freedom to try new tools, models and approaches.
What you will do
- Build and evolve product features using an AI-first / agentic development approach.
- Turn business requests and ideas into working solutions.
- Use AI coding agents extensively throughout the development lifecycle.
- Review and improve AI-generated implementations.
- Experiment with new AI models, tools and agentic workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate and accelerate development.
- Propose better ways of working with AI agents.
- Maintain engineering quality while keeping development fast and pragmatic.
What you need for this
- Strong software engineering background.
- Hands-on experience building software with AI coding agents and LLM-based development tools.
- Practical experience with agentic coding / AI-assisted development.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Ability to turn a business idea or feature request into a working solution using AI-first development.
- Ability to understand, validate and improve AI-generated code.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new AI models, agents and tools.
- Ability to independently explore and propose better ways of working with AI.
- Strong ownership and product-oriented mindset.
- Previous software development experience; specific technology stack is not critical.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and Azure data/integration services such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Purview, Azure Data Factory or Event Hubs.
- Experience with observability, monitoring and performance optimisation.
- Experience building custom AI-powered developer tools or engineering automation
